If you see tons of ABS parts that are covered with a layer of primer then it has gone through someone that painted it. I use to work for the manufacturer, I know for a fact it does not come primered what ever shop you see that recieves primered ABS plstic parts are getting second hand merchandise. I know for a fact 100% that the manufacturer does not primer their products. One, it's a waste of time and two, its a waste of money. Trust me when i say they do not come sprayed primer. If it does then the recieved products are second hand merchandise.
