The money is pretty good but it varies a lot month to month...........
The spectrum for me is 2,000 - 14,000 in 1 month..........thats a pretty wide range so its kind of hard to budget at times. The most stressed out I usually am is the last week or so of the previous month as I'm starting to set stuff up for the upcoming month........so far my Sept is looking very promising and could be close to the 20,000 mark, i've got 3 loans in the works now that are all closing in the 1st week of Sept.............
Its also good to have connections.........the car community has been extremely good to me. I haven't even had to do much local marketing because of my connections on supraforums, viperalley, and 6speedonline............
dubcac - I do care for her, she is a really good girl and I really like being around her. I mean I'm not like obsessed or in love...........but i do have feelings for her
