Well the civic 4cyl is a different motor than the Accord 4cyl. The Accord's 4cyl is a 2.4 SOHC VTEC in the LX and EX sedans and coupes. The DX sedan is the only one that has no VTEC, and has like 20 less hp.

The V6 is a 3.0 SOHC VTEC.
