You know people make fun of me for being a huge tuner enthusiast in the state of Alabama, due to the redneck stereotype, but at least I can do whatever the hell I want to my car as long as i have a cat or muffler on my car to satisfy noise ordinances! this crap would give me a headache, i would just build a car and put a fake tag on it and make sure i never got pulled over, lol!
