Are you paying attention at all? :eh:

They will read the engine block stamp at your next smog check.

They know that the second-gen Integra RS/LS/GS came with a B18A.
They know that the B18A did not have a VTEC cylinder head.
They know that a B18C1 was never offered for sale in 1991 Integra.

They will but these two facts together, fail you and send you to the CARB smog ref.

It is that simple.
