y go to state ref? i just got the smog thing a few months ago and all i had to do was go to a test station...im pretty sure they dont know squat (fatty rednecks) so if i only need to be doing TEST ONLY i dont need to tell them huh?
jw is ls/vtec legal? cuz then if they r like "we didnt know the 90 integra had vtec" i could just say i did a ls/vtec. and that b18a1 badge or b16a after the swap im not sure they know where it even is (if they even look for it) because mine is pretty much blocked from view somehow...but it is, and they didnt say anything.
edit: ok i checked y it looked block, its because there is like 3cm on grim built up there all over it. so they didnt say anything and as long as i pass smog im sure they dont care. so will a jdm XSi b16a pass smog? and could cam gears make u not pass?
