I am a mortgage broker...........I hate when title companies don't do their freaking jobs and don't have settlement statement faxed to me beforehand so I can go over with the customer what each fee means...........I hate when they don't even have the freakin settlement statement right before a closing and you have to wait..........I hate when title companies don't freaking cut checks when they are supposed to.........basically title companies are the bane of my existance
