Like the title says, I'm looking for a prelude, accord or civic (no hatches), or possibly an integra, in the sacramento or bay area. I'm partial to mods but the car must be clean, smogged or smoggable, and registered, and have a manual transmission and a\c. I can pay in the 7k-8k range.

No salvage vehicles, either.
