We don't really have the whole story here.
It usually consists of 45 mins of pumping iron. and 20 minutes of running. Usually the three core lifts, clean, squat and bench.
Mine is:
M-Chest/Tris
T-Legs/Abs
W-Bic/Back
T-Chest/Tris/Abs
F-Legs
And usually 17-20 minutes of running at the end which is a lil over 2 miles for me.
