Will football help me get in shape...
Do you think football is better then a 5-day a week workout plan? Im debating I only want to play football to help me get in a shape for lax season, im not that out of it but I dont want to play football and loose a lot of my muscle. and im scared to play football not knowing the outcome of if I will like it, im going to be a senior and i already went to two of the workouts and i question them vs a 5 day routine what you think?
