It's a MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor malfunction and the sensor is on top of the TB.
Here you can find the MAP sensor diagnosis and location for a European Civic with B18C engine which is similar to the Integra GS-R:

BTW what did you use to scan the DTC? Because you should have got something like P0108 or P0107
