There is the crankshaft, balance shaft, and camshaft oil seals that are located under the timing belt cover. If its coming from the crankshaft area it can possibly be the crankshaft or balance shaft seals. I am not sure about the 95 Accords but some of the 94 Accords had a recall on the balance shaft seal. Yours could be the same since they are the same 5th gen Accords. I had the seals on my 94 Accord changed. My leak wasn't that bad luckily. There can be other causes for your leak too.
