Simple. Once you've driven to the hardware store, use your phillips screw driver to remove one of your turn signals and lock the lens assembly inside the car.

Take the screw you removed to the fasteners dept. Find a Torx or Allen -head screw that is the same diameter as the shaft of the OEM screw.

Purchase, reinstall your turn signal, drive home, install the new fasteners.
