#1 on that image (assuming 92-96 prelude)
04776-SS0-000ZA SUB-PANEL A (BLACK)

about $60 from slhondaparts.com or get it from a local dealer.


and for you other guys, imagestation doesn't allow remote linking, so you have to cut and paste the url to see it.
