I have an 98 Intgra type r ECU i will swap for your ecu becuse this will sort both of are problems out becuse i have civic with obd2b you have obd2a, mine ecu wont plug in but your ecu would and mine will plug in yours. ECU number P73 (obd2a). Or we both can spend more money on wiring harness converters, not cheap.
