I have a b16 in my CX the only issue was wiring the VTEC solenoid, I had to ghetto rig it directly to the ECU.
My motor cost $650, my tranny (ITR) cost $1200. I had to buy some axles and misc. other stuff, so it came just over 2g's. I love it, it drives as smooth as the stock motor, but it goes a lot faster. Passing people on the freeway in 5th is pretty nice.
