eh i didn't know honda offered 10 year warranties on 95 accords....but anyway thats a very common problem in 5th accords. My 94's gauge is doing funky stuff too. It seems 95% of the time its due to a bad fuel-sending unit which is the electronic part that sits in the actual fuel take to read the level. I think i remember seeing it online for about 80 bucks, but with labor it will probably be close to like 200 considering i think you have to take the back seat out to get to that part of the tank.
