The VTEC and nonVTEC B18s have the same deck height, and thus their rotating assemblies are interchangeable.
Let me see if I have this correct. The (stroke length + Rod length) - (Bottom End width/2) = total assembly [pin radii are equal]

GSR: stroke 3.433 + rod 5.429 = 8.862
bottom end width .858 /2 = .429
/// 8.862 - .429 = 8.434

LS: stroke 3.504 + rod 3.504 = 8.898
bottom end width .935/2 = .467
/// 8.898 -.467 = 8.431

So it looks like the assemblies "traveling" length even out according to this fabricated bull$^&^ formula I just concocted. Hahaha!!! So now I have to find either a GSR crank or LS Eagle rods whichever comes easiest. Thanks RFT.
