let them settle ... and yes .. get it aligned ... u shud do that rite after u install them ... it may not help the ride quality all that much but it is good to do
actually, you should get them aligned after they settle in because the settling in will cause them to lower a bit depending how much weight is ont he springs.

this is coming from experience.
