I'm sure it's more a matter of proper directions then type of springs.

Eibach isn't some shmuck company that just got into the spring business like half the import parts companies. Eibach's made springs for a long time.

I would suggest a proper review of the install may be needed. Is there a left and right fr. spring, could they be in the wrong sides, can you install a 7th gen front spring upside down...sounds unlikely but?

I would wonder if you aren't hitting the untrimmed bump stops. But maybe 7th gens, don't have them? I'm just guessing at this point.
