Is it hot in the car when this happens? If so then it sounds like you are going to need a new main relay. It is up under the drivers side if the dash. This is a common problem with older accords. If they sit in the sun and get hot inside the main relay won't work. Any Honda dealreship should have them in stock. I have been a Honda tech for over 10 yrs and see this same problem every summer.
