Whats the difference between ECU & EMS?

Hondata s200, VAFC, etc. Arent they all EMS ?

Cuz when I said EMS, I was talking about the Hondata s200

Pls explain, cuz if I dont get this right I might just sell the R & get me another Mustang. Ill definetly know what to do with that.

I just hate how Mustang's depreciate in price & always breaking after you beat on it a few ( or always ) times . I had two from the past & as much as I love those cars I also hated it, fun but also alot of problem.
