Another part of my thread asks about the operartion of the purge valve. Do you know if the purge valve is suppose to cycle to restrict or limit the flow of vapor from the canister to the engine. Mine seemed to have a sputtering action when energized. By looking at the design of the valve it looks more complicated than a simple solenoid valve. I think there may be some internal valving that might promote this kind of action. Or not.
