Default f/r lower tie bars on 99 civic

just some questions about lower tie bars

i drive a 99 civic ex coupe (ej8 chassis) and I was planning on buying f/r lower tie bars off eBay. hopefully they won't snap/bend on my from taking corners like an idiot constantly

anyways, i was mainly concerned about the install. whats the best way to install them? I read the bolts need to be torqued to a certain amount on rear and front. 40 on rear 72 on front I believe? somewhere around there. but would it be okay to just hand tighten them with a socket wrench as hard as I can? and about jacking them...can I just jack 1 side up on the factory jack points and install them? or do both sides have to be evenly jacked with both wheels off the ground evenly? or can i back up onto ramps.

any info is greatly appreciated
