Just find a salvaged TYPE-S and swap over the 5 lug and motor. Upgrading the brakes on the EP is one of the best things you can do. Now if I can only do the ABS, it'll be sweet. But it's an easy swap. You will need the axles, and hubs, etc. If you're still looking to swap the motor, it is worth it. A turbo is a nice idea but it's not very practical. The EP3 should have had the 200 power plant in to begin with!
