I kept bothering him, it was my mistake, you gave me warning points and an explanation, fair enough, that's your job as the moderator. I don't want to hear about it again unless I can report harassment too.
Go ahead and report it all you want but whether or not anyone takes action really depends on the way you have already acted and treated others.
I may be an asshole and come off as though I hate people but I am a very fair asshole to everyone whether they have attacked me or not, so crying foul is really not an effective cry.
