Ok, so struts work. Is their an advantage or do they have the same dampening as the stock ones that are on their now? Does anyone have the specs for the springs? Maybe the spring rate and ride height for the stockers and they type-s? This is for my girlfriends car and she doesn't want the ride height lowered but wants improved handling

I would suggest height adjustable coilovers if you want that...I would have gone that route had it not been too expensive. I would say that the CL-S shocks are stiffer but not by a whole lot. They mostly help with high speed stability and cornering. Body roll is still prominent.
