with the GSR manifold, the TB side of the intake needs to be lower than most intakes. otherwise, using a ITR CAI can work with little mods.
There is a hybrid intake meant for a Civic with a GSR engine:

The only thing is that you have to replace the tranny mount and I really dont want to have to do that.
