I'm not sure what caused it to be offthe only viable explenation that i've heard was that the vafc malcunctioned when I was starting the car putting it into vtec but that still makes no since.

It works now I got new valves from honda and new omni power valve sprigns I wish I would have gotten the valves from them since they are cheaper then honda and flat rather than concave but I'm just glad i have my car back and running again, and I was able to fix it all by myself that made it kinda cool
