There was a person that this happened to with an accord, just daily driven circumstances, and same thing happened. He contacted supplier, and they gave him BS reason that "they were not preloaded when he installed them"

They replaced the one, but said they wouldnt replace another since its a "bad installation"

There is not a special way to install suspension like ours, if it cant handle the forces put upon it... theres nothing else to blame than the hardware.
