If your timing belt went most likely your valves went as well. If you take the head out you'll see the valves don't seat correctly. I would use a 19mm rachet and socket to turn the engine to check whether the engine is seized. Make sure you turn it counter clock wise.I would do a compression check in all 4 Cylinders to make things easy if you can crank it. DSoes the engine crank over?
