yes. there are many products like that around. one that is cheap and high-quality is Plastex. it's powdered ABS and acetone. it's a very easy process and holds very very well. i worked @ a cycle shop, and we always repaired fairings and such w/ this product. i usee it all the time, look into it. i've used it several times on my own car.
