OMFG !!! Thank God I found this post !!!

I have the EXACT same problem. I was at a party one night and had to park out in a dirt field ( didnt like the idea to start with ) but everything was fine got in and parked just fine litte bumby but no problems. BUT when I was leaving I hit this like huge ass hole, everyone saw me hit it and saw the damge to my beautiful teggy. My bumer snapped off the car so it was dragging, then it got caught and freaking tore !! I drove home some 30 miles at 5 mph with my flashers on... The crack right now is currently held togther with duck tape and a screw near the top of the bumper to hold it to the car. It was the easiest fix I could think of since I didnt know what the hell to do and was like freaking out. So far it's stayed on and been good to me, but I want to fix it without having to replace the entire bumber.

SOOO... How would i go about fixing this here crack in my bumber. Im a total noob to the whole bondo, adhesive thing so imma need like step by step instructions.

Here are some pics...
