Doubtful.
Firstly, the emanage that comes with the turbo requires an extra harness to do ignition timing and that is what would be off when switching from lower octane to higher octane.
Secondly, the emanage is there mainly for getting the car running and drivable. I wouldn't waste my time tuning it because it sucks. The daily check engine lights and OBD2 learning around it aren't even worth the money spent on dyno time or a wideband. If you are going to tune with something, make it something worth tuning.
Thirdly, if you do decide to tune it, I doubt it would be anywhere before that initial tank of diluted gas is used, so it won't be an issue.
