What do you guys do when approached by people like this?
I had a guy come up to me in the parking lot of a cheap restaurant. I was with my girlfriend at the time, and he gave us some sob story about how he ran out of gas and he was trying to make it back home to the coast (a little over an hour drive). Well he seemed legit so I gave him a 5. A few hours later both of us were like "Do you know how easy it would be to just make that up and scam people?". Since then I haven't given out any money.
