I'm almost positive they are exactly the same... Honda didn't change the DOHC VTEC design since it was introduced in 1989 in japan, until the k-series of course... The DOHC VTEC technology was developed in the late 80's for the NSX...
I know for a fact, most people with B16A swaps r running OBD-0 engines...
So it shouldn't matter, for the B-series that is...
I'm not very familiar with H-series, so I can't vouch for that.
P.S. I have a B16A1 with a GSR head swapped onto it... The solenoids from my original head and the GSR head are EXACTLY the same.
