It's called JWI based out of Oakland, CA. They borrow money to buy foreclosed houses and resell them. My dad's been investing with them for about 5 years. His 2 most recent returns were 15% and 12.5% for a 6-month period. But for a youngin' like me, locking up my money for 4 years isn't wise, so I'm gonna stop investing in that.
