I don't think so.

I know on my GSR, I had to remove the entire radiator since it didn't leave me much space to get the turbo assembly in, but since you have the "half" radiator, you may not even need to touch the fans or radiator.

You need to determine if there is a bypass hose that needs to be installed between the throttle body and head since that is the only reason I can see to drain the coolant. If you have already installed one from a previous intake installation, the coolant can stay.
