Replacing the struts will not create or remove any camber that wasn't there before. The struts don't change the ride height, so if the camber was fine before the struts, it will be afterwards.
I would still take it to an alignment shop afterwards since you are changing the wheel size for a toe alignment. If they say you need camber kits because the camber is out of spec, then you will need to pick up a camber kit. Omnipower makes a good one for the front and Ingalls makes a good one for the back.
