Pressure plate. A spring most likely popped and lodged the pressure plate...so the clutch is constantly engage. You can shift gears with the clutch engaged when the car is off, but not while running and everything is turning.

Speeda...hows your transmission fluid? Did you replace the throwout bearing with the clutch? I assume you knew what you were doing when you did the install...
