Tug harder! I weigh 140 on a good day with bricks in my pockets, soaking wet and I single-handedly got my axle nuts off with a 2 ft breaker bar.
If you are still stumped, take it to a shop where they have get it off with an impact and then have them tighten it up enough so you can drive it home and remove it easily once you get there. There is no reason to go out and buy an air compressor and impact if you don't have to.
