Well I know with my 2000 SH that if I don't have the right key, the immobilizer system engages and you can't start the car. So unless they transfered the immobilizer system the wrong key wont start the car.

I paid for my working 2000 SH $16,2XX at a Honda Cert. warranty. For a non-working 2000 lude...would be a tough call. Plus...How many miles?
