Default 95' GSR w/ 206k mi.

I am looking to buy an integra, there is a gsr with 206k mi that I am looking @... gonna give the guy a call tomorrow most likey. The problem lies in the milage...he claims to be a honda technician and that the car is running beautifully but I was wondering how many more I could get off the engine before it goes, not to mention the other parts. I plan to seeks answers to my questions in the phone call, but I just wanted your opinion.

The car is basically as followed:
1995 Acura Integra GSR, excellent condition. Leather. Many extras. Very clean. Must see! Owned by Honda technician, needs nothing! Oil changed every 2k miles. Upgrades/modifications include: New Enkei wheels, Pirelli P-700 tires, Ground Control adjustable springs, Tokiko HP struts, front and rear camber correction, front upper strut bar, rear lower tie bar, rear upper strut bar, cold air and half-stack intake with K&N filter, DC Sports header (4 into 1), Spoon Sport thermostat and thermoswitch, Type R like red guages and clock, Type R shift knob, Pioneer CD head unit with cordless remote, Alpine 4 channel amp, MB Quartz 6 inch seperates, and high-end 10" MTX sub-woofer. The engine runs strong! Clean inside and out. 206,000 highway miles with many left to go!! Hate to sell but must, as second baby is on the way.

What do you all think? I mean, it has some nice mods and also a nice started sound system which is definately a plus for me.

thanks
