I actually had somewhat of the same problem on my 94 accord. When i turned on the A/C the entire car would shake kinda bad. I took it to honda and had them check it out during an oil change. The rpm was right where it should be, but turns out the rough idle was from a worn engine mount. I guess those rubber inserts crack after a while.
