For daily drivability, you want a full surface disk. A puck disk doesn't slip at all, it is either on or off. I have the ACT HDSS and I am satisfied with it.

You don't need anything more than a stock clutch for your setup even with mild bolt-ons. There is no reason to sacrifice drivability when you don't have to. Keep it stock and it will hold up just fine.
