okay so i got a new video card,..its nothing badass or anything like that,..its just a GeForce MX 4000,..i know its not a badass card but i should be able to watch vids fine right? wrong,..take a look at the pictures i posted,..the first pic is what happens every few seconds to some videos while im watching,..not all videos,..just some,..then it gets clear again like the second picture,..is there some settings im suppose to mess with or something? is this even a vid card problem? like i said this only happens to some videos not all
