You cant really go wrong between those two. I would personally choose the lude anyday because of how many I've owned and my dedication but I would feel no shame driving an Integra. Sorry about the bent frame issues the same thing happened to me about a month ago and I'm trying to find a new one because even if I did straighten the frame im afraid it would never be the same.
