Monday's™ gin 'n tonic:

pint glass, filled to brim with ice
fill 3/4 of the way with Bombay Sapphire gin
top off with tonic water
lime twist

That used to be my favorite bar. Now it's just too damn crowded so I go to some other places and order a regular gin 'n tonic with a shot of Jack Daniels on the side.
