i've had my 2000 Accord LX for almost a year and recently started messing with bolt-on mods, since my dealership warranty is almost gone, no fear of messing that up. anyways, for most people, modding a LX, let alone a 4-door is pointless because of -=insert reason here=-. for me, it's not necessarily about racing, i just do it to learn about my car's engine, so in the future when i buy another lighter more sporty car, i'll know what i'm doing. sure it's fun to be able to gain a few HP here and there and smoke some ricey high school kid, but all in all, i'm going it for kicks. am i wrong? why do you guys bother modding up your Accords?
