Proper torque is 80. Consistency is really more important that overtightening. One big cause of warped hubs is not properly seating all the lug nuts, getting the wheel flush with the hub. Some people ZIP the first lug nut on, tighten it, then do the rest. This can cause small amounts of metal to get scraped off onto the center of the hub which keeps the wheel from mating properly. Then when the wheel nuts are tightened, the gap caused by the small bit of metal allows the hub to warp. People being impatient and torquing the first nut before seating the rest is what usually causes this.

Honda tried to combat this before they understood what was happening and made those godamned encapsulated rotors. I hate those.
